What are the benefits of an 8mm laminate?

The quality of a laminate floor is not determined in any way by the thickness of the board so an 8mm board can last as long as a 12mm floor but rather the wear layer on the floor. The big benefit to an 8mm board is it is perfect for areas that may have any height issues. Your 8mm board should slot in nicely with low hanging doors.
